    Reflex Stream Setup Help

I know a few of you stream Reflex on Twitch...I'm having issues streaming smoothly. This is probably just a hardware limitation, I just want to make sure there isn't a trick I'm missing. My issue: I can't run reflex on a 144hz monitor at my usual settings/framerate while streaming without huge performance drops. My pc specs: i7 3770k gtx 980ti 16 gig DDR3 gigabyte mobo that's a few years old, ssd, hdd, etc --- I am wondering, for those of you who stream, do you play on a 144hz montior and stream from the same pc? What do you use? I am wondering if this is possible and its just a matter of upgrading my cpu or messing with settings. Or is this really only doable with a dedicated streaming pc? I am streaming from OBS at 720 res/2500 bitrate. Net is 10/6 ish. Btw I am specifically asking about setups with high fps/monitor refresh rate. I could stream at 60hz just fine, but I really don't want to
