[0.47.5] Teleporter bug with projectiles

If you watch replays in ultra slowmo, you can see the enemy model actually traverse the map from the tele to target. Maybe you're actually hitting them? I'd say get the replay and watch in slowmo to see if where you're shooting is actually where player model travels thru to get to target.

There's some other funky behavior with teles which makes me think a solution might be make enemy hitbox noclip until some arbitrarily small number of frames after tele exit.

The player model will do that as it interpolates/extrapolates, i never got around to fixing it because really it never was an issue - you can just see it in our kickstarter video actually and it looked kinda cool heh.

The collisions definitely should NOT do it, that's a different system. Will need to debug.
