Guide: How to publish a map without a lightmap

I recently discovered I could make what I call "tints" for maps. These .light files will tint an entire map, whatever size, with a colour or two. They are just 1KB in size, so can be great for uploading large racemaps using Daans method. You can upload any of these tints using Daans method, all you need to do is put them in the content folder along with the other map files and name it with the same workshop id. But you will probably want to test it first in-game.

So here, I prepared a whole bunch of these files, all named with the their associated tinting quality. Personally I think the darker ones will go great with any kind of neon type lighting on the map.

Here are some examples, all of these are examples using a map built with the standard dev_grey 128 textures/brushes.

Combined orange&blue

Dark with green

Dim with Purple/Pink

Simple Red
